We are more than just numbers: With around 80 experts at four locations, we advise companies and funds across Europe - personally, competently and reliably. At FALCON, you will encounter real teamwork, exciting projects and international perspectives. Sounds good? Then you've come to the right place.
As a tax advisory firm, we focus not only on professional expertise, but also on how we interact with each other.
Appreciation is part of our everyday culture. Regardless of position or experience, we treat each other as equals, take each other seriously, and value open communication.
Team spirit is evident in our daily interactions. We share knowledge, support each other, and celebrate successes together. Because we know that in a good team, it is not only the results that grow, but also each and every individual.
Precisely because our work requires precision, reliability, and concentration, we also need a lightheartedness in our everyday work. We enjoy our work because we trust each other, take a genuine interest in one another, and share moments that connect us beyond the professional realm.
These values exemplify what is truly important to us, not because they sound nice, but because we experience them every day in our interactions with one another, in our collaboration, and in the way we move forward together.
Motto: The journey is the destination. Only those who take the right path will find their personal goal.
I was already very interested in working with numbers when I was studying business administration. What I particularly appreciate about my job is that, in addition to working with clients' numbers, personal support and effective communication are the most important foundations for a successful tax advisor-client relationship. The profession is varied and requires a great deal of sensitivity. That's why I think it's a great consulting profession that can be really enjoyable and fun.
FALCON is a diverse and open firm that, in my opinion, gives individuals room to grow and develop. I particularly appreciate that, and it also makes it possible to surpass oneself and achieve new goals.

Motto: Dwelling on the past prevents you from looking to the future.
Shortly after graduating from high school, I was unsure about what to do next. Should I study, work, or both? FALCON took me in during a difficult phase of my life and, despite my challenging situation, gave me the opportunity to pursue a career while seriously tackling my studies without running the risk of becoming completely overwhelmed.
I am very happy with my decision to start my career with FALCON and am still able to pursue my academic interests. After almost a decade at FALCON, I can say that the appreciation and circle of colleagues have become increasingly important to me over the years and I find it difficult to imagine my everyday working life without this family-like and collegial environment.

At law school in Hungary, I was most interested in tax law. After moving to Austria, I realized that I could best use my legal knowledge as a tax advisor. During my training as a tax advisor in Hungary and Austria, I was confronted with the complexity of the tax system. The system is a huge puzzle in which all the small pieces have to fit together. A tax advisor must not only be well versed in laws and numbers, but also find the right tone with a wide variety of people. Meeting these requirements is a great challenge, which is why working in our tax advisor's office is never boring. When my clients are satisfied, it fills me with great pride.
At FALCON, my foreign background is not a disadvantage, but an advantage. In addition to my Austrian clients, I also have many Hungarian clients whom I can help navigate the Austrian tax system, which is much more complicated than the Hungarian one. A respectful tone is very important to me and a matter of course in our diverse and international firm. New clients and projects are constantly coming in, so our everyday work is always quite exciting.

Motto: get down to basics and keep it short, sweet, to the point
Raised in US (by Austrian parents), getting back to family roots, falling in love with Austria, wanting to have a future in Austria, learn the ins and outs of the Austrian system, Tax Advisor position allows gaining experience and knowledge in all corners of the Austrian system, how it works, what is needed to succeed.
FALCON is a very dynamic environment, open to looking at the box in different ways, supportive, took a chance on me when changing career paths. I enjoy going to work with the colleagues I have and helping people stay compliant with their lives in Austria.

Motto: What is meant to be yours will find its way to you - do your best, but never force it.
Through university, I gained insights into the Austrian tax system. Although the subject is very complex, I enjoyed it, which is why I decided to pursue a career in tax consulting. The work is very varied. It involves advising and supporting clients on a daily basis, solving problems, and communicating with authorities. However, more importantly, it involves helping clients save on taxes. That's what they look forward to most.
FALCON is characterized by its great working atmosphere and team spirit. You are supported, encouraged, but also challenged. Furthermore, you are involved in many projects and work across teams with colleagues, which allows you to build a strong working relationship with everyone.

Motto: There is something beautiful in every single day.
After 20 years in hotel management, I was looking for new challenges and variety. In my previous jobs, I often had to deal with accounting and labor law issues, which is how I ended up in payroll accounting. The job is exactly what I was looking for: it is varied; exciting research and personal customer contact provide variety; you learn something new every day.
What I appreciate about FALCON is the direct and uncomplicated communication with my colleagues and also with the management. The entire team is very helpful and there is a pleasant, positive working atmosphere. I am also delighted that I can use my Hungarian language skills and international experience in my work.
Through a free and practical design and organization of work, we aim to realize our corporate values and, in particular, enable external workplaces. Employees are therefore given the opportunity to work from home for part of their agreed working hours.
Personal contact and exchange between our employees, even across borders, is very important to us. In addition to ongoing team events at the individual FALCON locations (team drinks, joint lunches at the company's expense, Social Friday, Christmas party, etc.), there is also an annual FALCON Day, where employees from all locations come together and enjoy spending time together.
To ensure a healthy work-life balance, you have the option of organizing your working hours yourself within the flexitime framework with core hours, and time off in lieu is of course also possible
Family and career go hand in hand at our office, with flexible working hours, parental part-time work, and individual support. We are always delighted to welcome new members to the FALCON family!
