Personal contact and exchange between our employees, even across borders, is very important to us. In addition to ongoing team events at the individual FALCON locations (team drinks, joint lunches at the company's expense, Social Friday, Christmas party, etc.), there is also an annual FALCON Day, where employees from all locations come together and enjoy spending time together.

Each team receives an annual budget for a joint activity within the team.

 

To ensure a healthy work-life balance, you have the option of organizing your working hours yourself within the flexitime framework with core hours, and time off in lieu is of course also possible

We'll get to know each other over the phone, answer any questions you have, and talk about what you're looking for.

3. Personal interview

In the next step, we will invite you to an interview at our office. This will give you a first impression of our law firm and allow you to get to know your potential manager in person.

4. Offer

If you are a good fit for us both professionally and personally, you will receive a concrete offer from us.
